why would you want to look at some screen shots i took?!?!? heck if i know why, but if you're bored with time to kill, this is as good as anything else. {{well, except for popcap}}
 
note of caution, when mixing linux and wine and windows together, just make sure you are on the first floor, or that windows is closed =;) it's easy to get dizzy and lose your sense of balance because wine can make you light-headed =:) and i wouldn't want you to hurt yourself falling out windows =:)

irfan image viewer v3.75 by Irfan Skiljan

irfan is amazing because i can use the keyboard! and when set as the default image viewer in windoze, it starts quickly and loads images fast. browsing a folder of images is easy... use the "space key" to go forward and the "backspace key" to go backwards. using only these 2 keys, you can cycle through a whole folder of images quickly. also pressing the "F" key will resize the image to fit on your desktop, pressing "F" a 2nd time puts the image back to its original size. so if the image is larger than your desktop, pressing "F" automatically resizes it to fit! awesome program (and freeware for home use!) the space bar, the back space key and the "F" key all work under linux, so i am one happy camper!!! :)

arachnophilia html editor by paul lutus

arachnophilia v3.9 works just fine when i installed it using the crossover office install function. version 4 installed but would not run. however, v4 works just fine if called from a command line. i did not even bother installing it. i copied my win98 arachnophilia folder [ie. C:\Program Files\Arachnophilia] over to xandros, called wine from a command prompt with arachnophilia as it's argument, and it (v4) just worked. pretty cool. having the in-program internal browser preview feature is most handy!! freeware!

  these next 5 games are the new showckwave flash type games. try your luck and roll the dice, they worked for me. your mileage may vary. also, since the games occupied the entire screen, there is no linux type stuff in the background, but with xandros, just hit the "windows key" and the start menu pops up, and then you can get to the screen capture program, which you can tell is working because of the little green folder busy cursor.
